drag drop the address bar anyone

Drag and drop on the address bar, anyone??

My colleague is under the compatibility testing for Windows Vista and i had put a hand on it out of curiousity. Then I realise, while the address bar has been change in such a way that, we can move to any upper directory from a drop down list, I tried to drag files in current directory to the parent directory, it of course won't works, but I am thinkin, should Microsoft include feature like this? In term of user friendliness, it does it by allowing user just drag and drop, rather than right click, copy/cut, move up a directory, right click, paste. Useful when one arranging their storage. Any other opinion?

That little drop down arrow to the Address bar? That should light up when you have a clicked-down link, so that you can create shortcuts and copy/move files to other directories :o) Good idea!
